Sometimes it’s hard to get to a support group. Sometimes it hurts to share your story out loud. Enter the Grief Guide. The Grief Guide takes you on an 9-week journey to process the trauma of a suicide loss all on your own.
I noticed that many of us didn’t want to share our stories or we stopped showing up to the groups after the first meeting. It felt too scary to face what happened or to say it out loud. I created this workbook as a way to take you through a similar 9-week curriculum at your own pace, in your own space, with your own box of tissues all on your own.

I hope it feels comfortable to do these exercises privately. I can’t promise you’ll finish this Grief Guide and feel “normal” again. But I can promise a bit of relief.
